Wont start on my iPhone 3GS

I am having a problem here.
I try to start the game, but it hangs on the Digital Chocolate B/W logo,
The flash hour glass does not even spin, it just stays stuck.
I have tried several times and even re-downloaded several times it and never starts.

Using iPhone 3GS
Very upset.
